Class Attire

Little Dancers

Girls - Black or pink leotard, pink ballet tights, pink ballet slippers with elastic. Please note that bedroom slipper-style ballet shoes (often sold at Target) are not appropriate for dance classes. NO TUTUS OR SKIRTS PERMITTED. Hair must be secured away from the face, preferably in a bun.

Boys - White T-shirt; black tights, shorts, or pants; black ballet slippers

Pre-K Ballet & Tap and Pre-Ballet 1 & 2 with Tap

Girls - Black or pink leotard, pink ballet tights, pink ballet slippers with elastic, and black tap shoes. Girls - Black leotard, pink ballet tights, pink ballet slippers, pointe shoes as approved by the director*. NO SKIRTS PERMITTED. Hair must be secured away from the face in a bun.

Boys - White T-shirt, black tights, black ballet slippers.

*NEW POINTE STUDENTS: PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE POINTE SHOES UNTIL YOUR TEACHER INSTRUCTS YOU TO DO SO!

Cecchetti Ballet III and up

Girls - Solid-colored leotard (colors are accepted), pink ballet tights, pink ballet slippers, pointe shoes as approved by the director*. NO SKIRTS PERMITTED. Hair must be secured away from the face in a bun.

Boys - White T-shirt, black tights, black ballet slippers.

Jazz/Tap

Leotard, tights (optional); jazz or yoga pants or Soffe shorts; black jazz shoes; black tap shoes
